Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE) - For Women = 655.1 + (9.563 * weight) + (1.850 * height) - (4.676 * age)

Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE) - For Men = 66.5 + (13.75 * weight) + (5.003 * height) - (6.775 * age)

Total Energy Expenditure (TEE) = BEE * activity * stress * temperature

Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE) - For Women = 655.1 + (9.563 * 43) + (1.850 * 170) - (4.676 * 24) = 1268.6 kcal/day

Total Energy Expenditure (TEE) - For Women = 1268.6 * 1.53 * 1.0 * 1.0 * = 1941 kcal/day

Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE) - For Men = 66.5 + (13.75 * 43) + (5.003 * 170) - (6.775 * 24) = 1345.7 kcal/day
