Manual Calculations (How to calculate a Percent of Percentage)

• Suppose we have a first percentage 78% and second percentage 84% and total value 65.
• First we will simply calculate Percentage point difference by subtracting 1st percentage from 2nd percentage which means 84%-78% = 6pp. So, the percentage point difference is 6pp
• Now we will calculate Percentage difference by simply subtracting first percentage from second percentage and then divide it with first percentage and then multiply the result with 100 which means 84%-78% = 6, then 6/78 = , then 0.0769*100 = 7.692%
• Now for calculating Value #1, we need to multiply total value with 1st percentage and then divide it by 100 which means (65 * 78)/100 = 50.7
